Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or not functioning as described. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For security and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including clearance products, customized surveillance solutions, and items that show signs of installation or tampering.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, you will be notified of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, SafeNest Surveillance will replace it with the same model at no additional cost. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of returned items.
